The ASO has adopted a paperless system for membership to support environmental sustainability and we no longer send out invoices for payment of membership fees.

You will be sent an electronic copy of your receipt once payment has been made. There are two options for payment. Credit card through our website payment portal or direct debit. Our preferred method of payment is through our online payment portal and detailed instructions on how to use this portal are below:

1. Login to your account (if you have forgotten your password please use the ‘lost your password?’ link to reset.)

2. Click on the top menu and click on ‘My Account’ Button

3. Click on ‘Subscriptions’ and you should see the ability to renew your subscription or even change plans.

4. You can sign up to a recurring membership by clicking ‘Change Plan’.

5. Select ‘Yearly’ or ‘Recurring’ Membership plan and then select category of membership by clicking on ‘SIGN UP’ box in the appropriate category.

6. If prompted, Update any fields required in the ‘My account details’ page and then tick the box to consent to our privacy policy before clicking on the ‘SIGN UP’ box.

7. Enter your credit card details and hit ‘Submit’

Alternatively, we are happy to accept direct debit transactions for membership renewal.  Our Bank details and pricing for categories is below.  If you could please ensure that your surname is included in the reference field and that you email a copy of your lodgement receipt to to allow use to reconcile your transactions to renew your membership online that would be greatly appreciated.
